CHUCK ELMORE

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

As Director of Operations, Chuck is responsible for all technical aspects of Zebra’s service delivery including safety, logistics, personnel and equipment selection, and quality control. Chuck is the lead field resource for a wide variety of environmental services including complex industrial cleaning applications, multi-disciplinary remedial services, routine service work and emergency response. Chuck has over 30 years of diversified experience in the environmental market and leverages his expertise for the benefit of Zebra’s quality control program and is a key member of the management team.

STEVE FLINCHUM

GENERAL MANAGER

Steve has over 23 years of experience in the environmental and industrial industries. During his career, Steve has led cross functional teams in the areas of administration, operations, logistics and program development. Steve learned the industry from the ground up; starting as a field technician and advancing all the way up to Project /Operations Manager. Steve has a unique skill set born from first hand, direct experience in the industry and helps keep the Zebra engine going every day by supporting our field staff’s resources and state of readiness. As general manager, the buck stops with Steve. He is responsible for all elements of our operations in High Point and spends most of his time tending to Zebra’s staff and clients.

JERRY STANLEY

ESTIMATOR

Jerry has more than 30 years’ experience in environmental and industrial industries which he routinely leverages to lead Zebra’s estimating and pre-construction processes. His technical specialties include all aspects of tank work including cleaning, removal and new installations for ASTs and USTs. Jerry also has significant, direct experience with civil /remedial construction disciplines such as excavation support, remedial systems installations and select geotechnical services.

ASHLEY TEDDER

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

Ashley manages the administration and quality elements of our High Point, NC location and has over 14 years of direct, hands on experience in environmental and industrial services.  Ashley provides leadership to manage and improve the efficiency of operations leveraging an intimate knowledge of the operations of the company. Ashley is responsible for all accounts receivable, and ensures the execution processes that allow us to be a consistent, compliant resource for our customers. Ashley earned a BA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro concentrating in communications and routinely puts them to good use in a position as a leader at Zebra.

DAN MCHALE

HR/AR MANAGER

Dan has been part of the Zebra team since 2010 and is responsible for Human Resources as well as operational quality control. Dan is intimately involved in several procedural functions of the company and is a direct liaison between the field staff and the management team. Prior to joining Zebra, Dan worked in direct sales, as an insurance agent, and spent 23 years as a U.S. customs broker responsible for clearing goods thru customs, collection of customs duties, and logistics/delivery of goods after clearance by customs. He uses this attention to detail to help Zebra function smoothly.

DAVID TEDDER

MANAGER

As manager and original founder of Zebra, David has in-depth knowledge of Zebra’s operations and is responsible for ensuring seamless operations across projects. David plays a leading role in the selection of technology and means/methods utilized to perform a wide variety of environmental service tasks. Owing to over 35 years of progressive experience in the industry, David is a hands-on manager who leads by example and supports company culture. During his career he has performed industrial and remediation work on a national basis and in a wide variety of service lines. The founder of two very successful environmental services companies and the constructor of four state of the art waste processing facilities, David’s primary tasks are to impart his knowledge and mechanics of the Zebra way to younger field staff.
